When you attend an interview or take part in a telephone interview, we may record the information that you give us in either electronic or manual form, whether it be spoken or written.

Usage and disclosure of information

4C uses the information you provide to us to fulfil any requests either job placement or recruitment services. We may also use your information for statistical analysis. Your email address may be used to provide you with newsletter and other communications from 4C. You will always be provided with the option to opt out of this service.
