Denise Coult and Vicki Nock, the Directors of 4C Recruitment Solutions, are industry professionals who have worked together for the last five years in the Australian market at a senior management level. Denise Coult

Denise has worked for over 20 years in the recruitment industry with multinationals in the UK and Australia. During that time Denise has built up a wealth of expertise and knowledge working with clients in financial services, manufacturing, government, mining and construction and providing them with innovative and diverse recruitment solutions. These range from executive level placements to volume recruitment requirements for call centres. Denise has also built a global network in order to recruit for clients from overseas markets. In her last role Denise managed over 40 branches which serviced a client base of over a 1000 companies and represented a workforce of over 3500 throughout Australia. Vicki Nock

Vicki Nock has worked within the recruitment industry for 16 years in both the South African and Australian markets. For the past 7 years Vicki has worked in Australia for a large multinational and has held senior Operational, Sales and Marketing roles. This included a period in China where Vicki helped develop and implement a workforce solution for a large telco provider. Her expertise lies in creating and delivering recruitment solutions across a wide variety of different industry sectors. Her clients have included multi site call centre companies, and finance organizations in both the Australian and South African markets. In a market where talent is hard to find, Vicki's most recent role, saw her focusing on talent attraction for a large multinational. Through the creation and execution of various marketing campaigns, job seeker traffic to the company's website grew by 400% over a one year period, taking the website to the 5th largest job site in Australia. Vicki is well equipped to handle either the smallest or largest recruitment assignment. Vicki is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
